Background

Before starting the company, Steve was with IBM for over 16 years as technical specialist supporting IBM's customers. During his time with IBM he was a hardware support engineer for banking customers in London, a software support specialist at IBM's software support centre and total quality management adviser.

Steve's main focus is personal development for technical and engineering professionals to develop their communication and inter-personal skills. With a strong background in engineering and IT, Steve understands the technical perspective and the challenge of communicating effectively with technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.

Steve is also a qualified technical writer with extensive experience working with companies across all sectors to organise information, design and write technical and business documents and train non-professional writers to turn complex technical information into clear and usable documents.
