Andie Hemming

Background

Before joining SPH Qualitech as a director and training consultant, Andie was a Regional Training manager for one of the UK's most successful department stores; supporting 150 managers and their teams in 14 stores.

Andie has a proven track record in retail both as a trainer and at the sharp end as a manager. Before moving into training Andie was managing a large fashion retail outlet.

Given her experience it is no surprise that Andie understands that management development and training have to deliver real business benefit.

Performance Coaching

One of Andie's main activities is performance coaching for directors, senior managers and senior personnel. Andie develops a unique programme for each individual based on his or her needs and the demands of the business.

Andie's coaching is enjoyable and effective, and much in demand. Several of our clients have expanded their coaching programmes not only because of their success but also by popular demand.
