Personal development

Our focus for personal development is on providing coaching and training solutions for directors and managers. Our consultants have all worked in the ‘real world’ and we understand that any training, whether it is one-to-one coaching for a director or classroom-based training, has to deliver real benefits.

We like to work closely with our clients to make sure that we meet all their requirements. We tailor all of our personal development solutions to our clients' needs.

Communication

Quite simply we help companies produce information that is clear, concise and effective; whatever the medium: procedures, training materials, newsletters, presentations or the web.

Our consultants

Andie Hemming

Andie is an experienced personal coach and training consultant who has worked at all levels in some of the largest and most successful companies in the UK. She is a master practitioner and certified trainer of NLP and is accredited by the British Psychological Society to conduct psychometric assessments.

An exciting and entertaining presenter, Andie has presented to many professional groups and businesses on a wide range of management and development topics.

She is a director of SPH Qualitech and a member of the Institute of Directors.

Steve Hemming

Steve is an experienced trainer who has worked for some of the largest companies in the UK and Europe across a wide range of industries including pharmaceutical, IT, telecommunications, financial and oil.
