Introduction to Neuro-Linguistic Programming

Two-Day Workshop

This workshop has two objectives:

• show the participants what they can achieve with NLP
• provide them with some basic NLP techniques that they can use immediately.

On day one we concentrate on understanding the principles of NLP and demonstrating what someone can achieve with NLP. We also introduce a few of the basic NLP techniques.

On day two we build on what participants have learnt on day one and introduce more advanced NLP techniques. Participants will have an opportunity to practise these techniques — both using and experiencing them.

One-Day Workshop

If you or your team are completely new to NLP and just want an overview of NLP, we can run a one-day workshop to cover the basics. The workshop will enable you to get a feel for the potential benefits of learning NLP, which will help you to decide if you want to take it further.

In the one-day workshop we focus on making sure that participants understand what NLP can do for them. We will introduce some of the techniques and the principles of NLP on which they are based. Participants will have an opportunity to try out some of the basic techniques.
