NLP Certified Practitioner

About the Course

The Certified NLP Practitioner course is in three parts: a self-study programme and pre-workshop assessment, and two four-day workshops.

Self-Study Programme

At the start of the course you will receive a self-study pack containing:

• two course books
• a course manual
• a set of 20 CDs

The self-study programme is a combination of listening to the CDs, reading sections of the course manual and reading the two course books.

A minimum of 65 hours self-study is a prerequisite for completing the NLP Practitioner certification. However, although you should plan for a minimum of 65 hours of work, there is no upper limit and you can spend more time if you wish.

At the end of your self-study period, and before you attend the first workshop, you must complete and pass a marked assessment that demonstrates a good understanding of the principles of NLP and your readiness for the workshops.

We support you throughout the self-study period and will help you with any problems you may have.

Workshop One

After the self-study period you attend a four-day workshop where you will review what you have learned so far and take it a stage further. You will also practise using the NLP techniques and experience them for yourself.

At the end of the workshop you will be able to begin using the techniques and we will set you a small assignment that will help you to consolidate what you have learned and prepare you for the second workshop.

Workshop Two

Within six weeks, you will attend the second and final four-day workshop during which we will review your progress, resolve any problems and build on the knowledge and skills you learned in the first workshop.

The focus of this workshop is on ensuring that you have the knowledge, skill and confidence to demonstrate your competence in NLP.

On the final day of the workshop you will complete a series of exercises during which we will assess you and, if you complete these successfully, you will be certified as an NLP Practitioner and awarded your certificate.

You must reach the required standard to become a Certified NLP Practitioner. However, the course is designed to provide you with everything you need and we will support you throughout.
